Processing Time

 

PRE ORDER UNITS: 

 

All units take about 14 - 21 BUSINESS DAYS (Not including holidays.)

Please be mindful that I work alone with units as well as appointments daily. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues. If you're in need of a unit by a specific time, please don't hesitate to let me know! I'll be more than happy to work with you! If not, check out my ready to ship units. 

 

READY TO SHIP UNIT: 

Allow 1-3 days for your order to ship after purchase only if labeled as ready to ship.

 

BUNDLES & PRODUCTS:

please allow 3-4 days to process your order and  2-3 days for your order to ship.

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with carriers USPS and

UPS. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED upon delivery.

Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.

SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES: 

Full insurance just in case USPS misplaces your package or anything of that sort. Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of my control. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with said shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. Queens Collections is not held liable.

 

 

Business days are Monday - Friday (Observed holidays + weekends are not included. )

Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns are permitted within 2 days of receiving package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, LACE IN TACT & UNWORN and in its original packaging.

Return policy applies for bundles & products.

No exchanges are permitted.

 

Cancellations:

ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL (11:59PM

EST ). You will not be able to cancel any time after that. Cancellations are an inconvenience as we do strive to keep things running as smooth as possible. THANK YOU!
